Iron Auditor: Gym Log is a workout logging application published by EnvisiumTech OÜ, acting as the data controller (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Iron Auditor: Gym Log is designed as a local-first application. Most data is stored directly on your device and is not transmitted to us.

a. Data stored locally on your device

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• workout sessions and exercise history

• training types

• custom exercises

• equipment entries

• app settings and preferences

• export/import and rollback snapshot data

This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly export and share it outside the app.

b. Crash diagnostics (Sentry)

Iron Auditor: Gym Log uses crash reporting to ensure app stability and reliability.

Crash diagnostics are sent to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), acting as our data processor.

This may include:

• crash logs and stack traces

• app version and build number

• device model

• operating system version

• technical diagnostics related to app failures

This data is:

• used solely to diagnose and fix technical issues

• not used to identify users

• not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising

Crash reporting is a core part of maintaining app functionality and security.

c. Data we do not collect

The app:

• does not use third-party analytics for user behavior tracking

• does not require user accounts

• does not track users across apps or websites

• does not sell personal data

• does not use data for advertising or marketing

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where applicable, we rely on:

• Performance of a contract (Art 6(1)(b) GDPR):
  To provide the app’s core functionality.

• Legitimate interest (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR):
  To process crash diagnostics necessary to maintain, secure, and improve the app.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share personal data for commercial purposes.

Crash diagnostics may be processed by Sentry as our service provider under a data processing agreement.

5. International Data Transfers

Crash diagnostics processed by Sentry may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied, such as:

• Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission

6. Data Retention

• Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app

• Crash diagnostics are retained by our service provider according to configured retention settings

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

• request access to personal data

• request correction or deletion

• restrict or object to processing

• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Because most data is stored locally on your device, you can directly control and delete it using the app’s features.

8. Your Choices

You can:

• export your data

• import or replace app data

• restore rollback snapshots

• wipe all local app data

• uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data

Please note that exported files stored outside the app must be deleted manually if needed.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

Protection of locally stored data also depends on your device security (such as device encryption and passcode protection).

10. Children

Iron Auditor: Gym Log is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
